I just ran five miles…
… and that’s something I never did when I was actively anorexic. In fact, once I recovered and ana was dormant, I ran a marathon as well as three half-marathons.
I must remember that nourishing my body makes it stronger. And if a pair of size two jeans feels way too tight or doesn’t zip, that doesn’t make me fat. It just makes me muscular.
(FYI — are you interested in getting stronger rather than simply getting skinnier? Then we have plenty of blogs here at b5 for you, including Health and Men, Lively Women, Grounded Fitness and Weighting Line.)

I also finished reading a book about these girls. Not ED but definately the type….
