    The ‘high’ of seeing the numbers go down outweighs the depression, if only for a fleeting moment.

    To fully recover, I believe you have to surrender yourself, and pride is a challenging thing to overcome. When I recovered from bulimia, it was the most difficult thing in the world. Now that I’ve relapsed into anorexia, it fels like it is 10 times harder to recover. I wish I could answer this question. This question is why I quit therapy this month. I can’t answer it for myself.
